The Product

Storycreator is a content creation tool website ("Product") that allows users to create, submit, share, and view stories.

Rejection

Storycreator reserves the right to reject any story for any reason.

Edits

Storycreator may edit stories for grammar, spelling, and/or length.

Content

You may provide input to Storycreator (“Input”), and receive generated output returned by the Product based on the Input (“Output”). Input and Output are collectively “Content.” As between the parties and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you will own all Input, and subject to your compliance with these Terms, Storycreator owns all right, title and interest in and to Output. Storycreator may use Content as necessary to provide and maintain the product, comply with applicable law, and enforce our policies. If you decide to share the Output, you are responsible for the Content, including for ensuring that it does not violate any applicable law or these Terms. Due to the nature of machine learning, Output may not be unique across users and the Product may generate the same or similar Output. Other users may also submit similar story requests and receive the same response. One of the main benefits of machine learning models is that they can be improved over time. To help Storycreator provide and maintain the Product, you agree and instruct that we may use Content to develop and improve the Product.

Sharing

Users may share stories published on Storycreator through social media or other means.

Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your Storycreator account, you can do so from the Product settings.

Fees

You will pay all fees charged by your account (“Fees”) according to the prices and terms on the applicable pricing page. We have the right to correct pricing errors or mistakes, even if we have already issued an invoice or received payment. You will provide complete and accurate billing information, including a valid and authorized payment method. You authorize Storycreator.ai and its affiliates, and our third-party payment processor(s), to charge your payment method for the Fees. If your payment cannot be completed, we will provide you written notice and may suspend access to the Services until payment is received. Fees are payable in U.S. dollars or any other currency offered by our website. Payments are nonrefundable. If we were unable to complete a story creation request, we will reimburse you with one story credit back to your Storycreator.ai balance.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, please contact support or use the self-serve options in the product's account settings. Upon requesting to delete an account, all Content from such account will immediately become inaccessible. After 30 days, the Content (including your User Content) will be deleted from our servers and can no longer be recovered. Similarly, if you delete some (but not all) of the User Content designated as private on your own account, after 30 days, such User Content will be deleted from our servers and can no longer be recovered. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Storycreator.ai and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising
